The student research highlighted in this session contributes to Lehigh’s annual presentation at the UN Academic Impact Workshop. Participants will review Lehigh’s latest UN proposal and learn how to get involved. This research stems from student work in WRT 005 (Environmental Sustainability Ethics: From the Individual to the Collective Inspiring Action) and (Environmental Sustainability Ethics in the Self, Others, and the World). Building on this foundation, WRT 003 students will explore self-awareness and personal growth using a SWOT analysis—a key component of Lehigh's proposal on global higher education impact—while examining themes like the Global Happiness Index, endangered languages, and cross-cultural communication.
